As part of our complete project management service, we offer "one-stop shopping" for your
kitchen remodel within a restricted geographical area. When we moved to the Cape, we were
told all the horror stories of not being able to get a contractor to even call you back -
especially during fishing season! As it turns out, the stories were only partially true. During
our remodeling projects and business, we found some great contractors. We define a great
contractor as one that is affordable, that does quality work, shows up on time and does the
job neatly and quickly. We have pre-qualified all our subcontractors for professionalism,
licenses and insurance.
Plumbing and Electric: We have licensed and insured subcontractors that can handle all
the plumbing and electrical needs for your remodel.
Countertops: While IKEA® offers a few counter top choices, some customers prefer other
materials. If you want granite, solid-surface or a custom-laminate counter top, we can
accommodate you. We will recommend different materials depending on your budget and how
you use your kitchen.
Flooring: We can offer a wide-range of flooring options from vinyl to tile to wood. All these
materials are installed by professional flooring installers.
