A kitchen remodel is probably one of the most disruptive events in a home. Unlike bedrooms and bathrooms, it
is rare to find a house with more than one kitchen. Therefore, when your kitchen is ripped apart, it is a major
inconvenience.
The time for the construction phase is extremely variable from project to project. A simple upgrade which
would include cabinet replacements, laminate counter tops and vinyl flooring could take as little as a few days.
A major remodel with structural changes, door and window replacements, and a tile floor could be 3-4 weeks or
even longer.

inconvenience.
We are fast! When we are managing the entire project, we have a project manager assigned to your job.
This ensures that all the materials and subcontractors show up when we need them to keep the project rolling
along. If time permits, we also prefer to pre-assemble your cabinets at our location. That minimizes the time
we spend in your house doing inventory and assembling cabinets.
You still need to eat! If you wish, we can relocate your refrigerator and provide you with a mini-kitchen. It
consists of a stainless steel metal rolling cart with a small microwave, toaster oven and two-burner cook top.
Just add in the paper goods to cover your needs during the build.
We minimize the mess! Another major problem is the effect that a remodel can have on other areas of
your house. The fact is that remodeling is messy. However, it does not have to impact the rest of your house.

other products www.protectiveproducts.com to keep the rest of your house clean. We promise to clean up
during the day and at the end of every day’s work. Again, we treat your home as if it where our home.
