Complete Project Management
Project 1: We managed the entire project for a remodel in the Falmouth, MA area.
We modified the existing layout for much better functionality and added an island
with seating.

Removal of old kitchen cabinets, sink, faucet and closet pantry
Removal and reinstallation of refrigerator, dishwasher and range
Drywall repair
Painting of walls, ceiling and woodwork
Installation of bamboo flooring
Installation of IKEA® Adel birch cabinets along two walls and new island
Installation of new lighting, outlets and undercabinet lighting
Installation of new Ikea hood/microwave
Installation of new faucet and sink
Installation of custom-made black laminate countertops with beveled edge
Total cost: Under $20,000. The cost of the cabinetry was $3,600. This project took
approximately 4 weeks.
Project 2: In this project, we basically replaced existing cabinets with IKEA®
products. No major changes to the existing kitchen layout occurred with the
exception of removal of a closet pantry.

and microwave hood cost $900. This project was completed in less than one week.
Project 3: In this case, we replaced older cabinets and countertops in a condo with
much higher quality Ikea products.
